So, my sisters have a restaurant. A very sudden inheritance from my grandmother. Have you received restaurants for a long time? By the way, we did not even know that she owns them!
By the way, together with the restaurant inherited we got the floor-the chef and part-time our co-owner. And also a menu with delicious dishes, a holey carpet and a very interesting condition: we all (yes, along with the floor!) We must work in the restaurant for exactly a year, otherwise we will not be able to sell it.
