The third book of the epic story of N.P. Zadornov about the development of the eastern outskirts of Russia in the second half of the nineteenth century continues the story about the difficult life of immigrants in the distant taiga Amurier, about the persistence with which the Novoseli Far Eastern lands equipped. The events of this part of the novel are associated with the discovery of rich gold placers on the Amur shores. Familiar to the Amur -Batyushka and the heroes - Egor Kuznetsov, Timola Silin, Dunyasha and Ilya Blackov, other peer peasants who settled on the Amur - fall into the atmosphere of "gold fever". Golden fever bears the possibility of rapid enrichment. The new time that has occurred on the Amur marks the predatory seizure of the territories, the prevailing family and public foundations explode, and relations change even between the closest people. This is a time of strong spirit of entrepreneurs, prospectors and adventurers - those for whom the danger and opportunity go nearby.
On the Amur shores that arose here and there, the heroes of the novel tried to organize self -government and live according to their own laws, but came across opposition to the tsarist authorities.
"Amur-Batyushka" and "Golden Right" N.P. Zadornova - a saga about the heroic efforts of people who were the first to begin to turn the uninhabited Far Eastern Territory into Russia, are rightfully considered the best books about the Amur
