The trilogy consisting of the novels "Skitniki", "Gold of Aldan", "Walking to the Study Sea", is written in a juicy, figurative tongue, and thanks to an exciting plot it is read easily and with pleasure.
In the first book, the reader gets acquainted with the Old Believer community, originating in the Vetluzhsky forests in the middle of the 19th century, which overcome a difficult path through the Urals, Siberia and settled in the Trans -Baikal Territory, then pushed out in the wilderness of the Aldan Highlands and there, buried there.
In the second - "Gold of Aldana" - it is telling of the dramatic events in the life of the community from 1922 to 1955, in close interweaving with the fate of the White Guard detachment, which took place in the taiga after the defeat of the army of General Pepelyaev.
In the novel "Walking to the Study Sea", the protagonist of the trilogy, who had lost his leg by that time, decides to fulfill his childhood dream and goes to the Arctic Ocean. On the way, he falls into difficult situations, finds friends among Evenks, Yakuts, descendants of Russian explorers, Yukagirov, Chukchi and, thanks to their help, reaches not only the ocean, but also the Chukotka nose (Cape Dezhnyov)
