The story "Emily from the" young moon "" was written in 1923. This is a bright and touching story about an orphan girl living in the house of two old virgins - the sisters of her mother. The tough frames in which Emily is trying to put her restrained and proud relatives, cannot accommodate the trembling poetic soul of the teenager - therefore, conflicts are inevitable. Nevertheless, communication with the girl also changes relations within the family: Aunt Elizabeth and Aunt Laura gradually revise their life positions.
