What does it mean to be human and how can one become one? Robochild, the name given to a robot's child, goes to humans to learn how to be human. He ends up with a shy boy named Vale Lomonosikov, who himself is not sure if he can be called a real human. Robochild experiences all of Vale's failures with him and asks him a thousand questions. The answers to these questions often turn out to be ambiguous not only for Robochild but also for Vale, who learns a lot together with his new friend.

The illustrations for the book were created by Lera Sidorova, a finalist of the Bologna Book Fair 2022.
