The author of the new book is a journalist Vladimir Fedorin, the former deputy editor-in-chief of the Russian Forbes and the chief editor of the Ukrainian version of the magazine. Fedorine has repeatedly met with an entrepreneur and a politician Kaha Bendukidze, thanks to which the famous Georgian reforms took place, which raised the country in the rating of ease of doing business and significantly lowering the level of corruption. The book includes their conversations about libertarianism, reforms and politics, about the situation in Georgia, Russia and Ukraine - and about the entire post-Soviet space as a whole. The "Medusa" with the permission of the publisher publishes Fedorina"s prevention to one of the conversations and passage from it, in which Bendukidze briefly describes the reform in Georgia and compares Georgia with Russia
