The dictionary consists of two parts: the main and reference. The main material is ordered on the thematic principle. Each section is devoted to a group of rhetorical topics (speech composition, language, argument, etc) Sections are equipped with the prefaces that are associated with the main dictionary entries of the section serve as a guide to each of the sections. In dictionary articles, equipped with illustrations, a maximum of information on this topic is assembled, so the main part can be considered as a kind of textbook of rhetoric, or auxiliary material when mastering rhetoric, or some of its parts. The second part contains a general list of terms, equipped with only etymology, definitions and references to the main part. For students, graduate students, teachers of universities
