Review of the court decisions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in 2021 on bankruptcy cases

This review of judicial practice includes a description of judicial acts on bankruptcy cases for 2021. To include in the review, judicial acts were chosen in which the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation expressed legal positions designed for application in other separate disputes, the so -called “practical -forming” court decisions. For ease of use, the review is divided into different chapters on the main topics of judicial practice in bankruptcy cases.
A review of judicial practice will be useful for practicing lawyers who will be able to look for the necessary legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, however, it is recommended to familiarize themselves with the cited judicial acts to complete the content of the conclusions of the highest court
