The proposed book is the translation of the American publication of the law of international relations of the USA (Restatement Foreign Relations Law of the United States (Third) (1987)) in a brief edition, i.e. Includes the translation of only the so -called "Black Letters", the main provisions in the field of the law of international relations of the United States.
This edition of the restoration includes the following parts: international law and its correlation with legal norms in force in the United States, persons in international law, international treaties, competence and court decisions, marine law, environmental legislation, personality protection (natural and legal), selected places from international economic law, means of protection in violations of international law and, thus, summarizes the issues of legal regulation and law enforcement in the field of international law and international relations
