In the presented monograph, the nature of resource supply relations is revealed through three main features: the essence of the concept of "energy" ("resource"), the delivery of the resource using an attached network, and the provision of communal services to the owners of residential premises as end consumers. The work shows that the resource, along with the thing, is an independent object of civil rights, the concepts of "resource", "resource supply contract" with the definition of their signs are formulated, the parties to the resource supply agreement is determined, the concept of “resource supply” is deduced, and a lot of attention is paid to the issues of responsibility of resource supply subjects In case of violation of obligations. The author is proposed to make a number of amendments and additions to the current legislation governing the resource supply agreement, new scientific provisions are substantiated, making a certain contribution to the development of Russian science of civil law regarding the resource supply agreement.
