Resistance to Nazism. Monograph

The monograph is dedicated to analyzing the issues of countering the rehabilitation of Nazism from the perspective of the current state of Russian legislation and the entire spectrum of theoretical-criminological views in this sphere of public relations. The issue of responsibility for the rehabilitation of Nazism cannot be reduced solely to criminal law matters. Therefore, in addition to the traditional analysis of the topic from the perspective of criminology and criminal law, the work reflects economic, sociological, psychological, and political views on the spread of nationalist ideology in the country and the resistance to it.
