A romantic adventure novel about what happens at a construction site while you pay off your mortgage. A love triangle unfolds before the eyes of the apartment buyers. He wants to simply cheat the apartment buyers, but naive Sasha takes the construction of his dream house seriously, and everyone around him is trying to deceive, steal, and betray, while the deadline for completing the house is rapidly approaching. The provincial quiet guy has to grow from a naive Shurik into a Michael Corleone, build the most beautiful house in the city, and find love. All names and events are fictional, any coincidences are accidental. The author never specifies where the action takes place, but readers unmistakably recognize their city.
