Residential complex "House of Uraloblsovet"

The residential complex "House of Uloblsovet" in Sverdlovsk (Yekaterinburg) is a monument of architecture of the era of constructivism. It occupies a prominent place in the evolution of the Architecture of Sverdlovsk of the first half of the 20th century, along with such well-known architectural monuments, as the town of Chekistov, the Gosmoral House and the House of the City Council in the Stylistic Forms of Avangard. The value of the Uloblsove House complex is involved in the creative heritage of the famous Soviet architect M.Ya.Ginzburg, one of the founders of the creative concept of the architecture of constructivism. The characteristic features of the residential complex are composite techniques, architectural and aesthetic qualities, urban-planning significance, including the complex of public service premises, calculation on the development of the catering industry.
