Being very modern in spirit and content, this book represents a yoga in a truly traditional understanding - as a path of unity. By definition, yoga should cover all spheres of human being - spiritual, mental and physical. Unfortunately, some aspects of this tradition throughout the world have received insufficient development. In particular, a huge corps of dynamic practices fell from Hatha Yoga, from which, at best, only one complex of Surya Namascar remained in popular textbooks.
. Having studied the teachings of the world -famous yoga teachers: Krishnamacharya, Pattabhi Joyce and B.K.S. Iyengar and his own many years of practical experience of yoga, Andrei Lapp, intended to describe in this book all the yogic vignans (motor-lingering exercises), as well as a number of little-known yoga practices-in particular, the mysterious dance of Shiva. But as a result, something much more turned out - a complete classification of all possible elements of physical, respiratory and mental exercises yoga and a universal algorithm for constructing individual training programs from them. Thus, beyond the framework of the book about yoga, this deep work will be useful to all practitioners of yoga and martial arts
