Here is the introductory course of yoga consisting of 14 lessons. A practical guide for those involved in yoga independently and for beginner instructors. Each lesson reflects six topics:

- cleansing procedures and principles of a healthy lifestyle,
- breathing practices,
- Assan complexes,
- Meditation.
Such a structure of lessons is fundamentally important, since yoga is a holistic knowledge of a holistic person. To pull out of this knowledge some part of it would be wrong and incompetent for those involved.
