About the book
A book that will become your home teacher: it has a lot of amazing photos that will help you easily repeat any asana.

It will interest everyone who dreams of touching ancient practices, taking care of their health and looking for a way to himself. It will be a great gift - both for beginners and for experienced guru. One of the most beautiful books about yoga.

The author of the book by Naomi Annand tells how yoga is connected with different aspects of life: discipline, care of himself, overcoming difficulties. Explains each asana and shows complexes that will help to cope with stress, ground, cheer up, inspire and finally get enough sleep. It is shared by life hacks and tips on how to make the main yogic principle - care for yourself - part of a daily routine.

For whom this book
For everyone who is fond of yoga: both beginners and continuing. Despite the author’s obvious emphasis on the fact that her book was “for ordinary mortals”, it still has complex elements that are definitely suitable only for experienced yogis.

For everyone who is interested in yoga, conscious breathing and meditation.

From the author
I have been teaching yoga for almost twenty years, and the only thing I understood for sure during this time is that I am still a beginner. Yoga is huge. Infinite. Dimensionless. It is impossible to comprehend it from and to. It sounds like a template phrase, but, friends, I"m afraid there is nothing more life: the journey is the desired goal.

Sometimes this is exactly what people prevents people from starting classes. Yoga seems too comprehensive to submit to someone. So many things need to be taken into account: breathing, movement, spirituality, philosophy. But regardless of whether you are a newcomer in yoga or an experienced practitioner, the starting point will be the same: you are on your rug.

About the author
Naomi Annand teaches yoga and leads the studio Yoga on the Lane (Yotl) in East London. Yoga, which is taught by Naomi, is a tonic, restoring Vignac’s forces, based on awareness and care of himself. Naomi is sure that yoga is able to transform everything that happens on the rug and outside it. Naomi also offers these ideals to follow those who want to become a yoga teacher and undergo a training course in her studio - Yotl Teacher Training. This course was developed by Naomi itself and its ingenious team.

The author was a professional ballerina, but because of the injury she could not continue to dance. And then she came to Yoga.

Yoga teaching was not only a vocation of Naomi, but also at full rate in 2002. Her teaching style is based on recognizing the need to show kindness and compassion for itself. Naomi pays special attention to the therapeutic effect of yoga and its potential to inspire and charge with energy. In 2012, the Yoga on the Lane studio appeared, designed to create a community of teachers and students who would unite a convinced desire to practice Vignaca Yoga - conscious, based on breathing. A little later, in 2015, she developed a training program for Yoga on the Lane Teacher Training Programme instructors, the course is designed for 200 hours. More than fifty new beautiful yoga teachers began their professional path with this particular program
