The eleventh volume of the series “The complete collection of the creations of the Holy Fathers of the Church and church writers in Russian translation” is dedicated to the theological and moral-Asetic heritage of St. John Cassian Roman (360–435) This volume contains dogmatic-sex (“On the embodiment of the Lord, against the Nestoria”) and ascetic (“establishing general monasteries” and “interview”) of creation. The preface of the Metropolitan of the Omsk and Tauride Vladimir opens the real edition. The application was placed in the work of the hieromonk (later Archbishop) Theodore Pozdeevsky (1876–1937), the martyrs of the persecution of the Monk John Cassian (Presbyter of the Massilian) martyr with a year of persecution (Kazan, 1902) Labor texts of St. John Cassiana Dana Danes in a new translation and equipped with theological, church-historical and textological comments. At the end of the book, a indicator of quotes from the Holy Scripture is placed, as well as a nominal, subject and geographical pointers. The editors hopes that this publication will attract the attention of teachers and students of spiritual educational institutions and simply thoughtful Orthodox reader, who is not indifferent to the Holy Theotic heritage and its integral component - the creations of St. John Cassian
