"What is my faith?" -Religious and philosophical treatise L.N. Tolstoy, in which the great writer and thinker outlined the foundations of his worldview. The theoretical provisions given in this book formed the basis of the social movement, called "Tolstoy". In his views L.N. Tolstoy quite strongly deviates from orthodox Orthodoxy, casting doubt on many dogmas and traditions. L.N. Tolstoy believed that, unlike Christ, the church blesses war, execution, persecution and separation between people. Tolstoy considers the church doctrine of the sacraments, posts and prayers. He contrasted this with the truths of Christ about love, forgiveness of resentment, selflessness and humility. For all its ambiguity and controversy, this work can be extremely interesting to the wide layers of readers interested in the history of Russian literature, the personality of L.N. Tolstoy and seeking paths of spiritual improvement
