This collection is an edition dedicated to integral yoga, the main provisions of which were developed by the Indian poet, philosopher and public figure Sri Aurobindo (1872–1950) and his associate Mirro Alfassa (1878–1973), known as the mother.
Integral yoga emphasizes the meaning of the individuality of each human consciousness and does not limit the rules for the realization of yogic experience practicing a certain set. According to the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the mother, a yogic aspiration through activity, meditation, love, devotion and openness of the divine consciousness is a driving force to transform consciousness and transformation of human nature.
The collection includes three works by Sri Aurobindo: 1) Integral Yoga and its purpose. A holistic approach to understanding the world. 2) mental culture and sadhana. 3) Hita"s message. Tool, channel and strength of the Divine
