The work of now Ayeda Abu-cam Husseini, a well-known modern Iranian writer, scientist, translator and poet, is devoted to the study of the typology of Koranic legends in the context of their reflection of historical reality. The purpose of the study is to find the answer to the questions: how the Koranic legends correlate with historical reality and what is the role of symbolic and mythological elements in them. The preparation of the publication was carried out in the framework of the scientific interaction of the International Center for Islamic Studies of the MAE RAS and the Islamic Culture Research Fund (Moscow)
