What is this book about
Rev. Paisius wanted to release a book useful to everyone: laity, monks and clergymen, but did not have time, giving all his time and strength to prayer and communication with people who came to him. After the prescription of his letter, the records of teachings and conversations were systematized for the convenience of use in everyday life, because the elder himself said: "The task is that you work, to use what was heard in practice."
