About the book
The book "The Spiritual Struggle" is the third volume of the "words" of the Monk Paisius Svyatogorets - a guide to the sea of spiritual life. People suffer from experiences, insomnias, mental illness, and the reason for this is their vain, spoiled, false thoughts that they trust.

The multi -volume of the "words" of the Monk Paisiy Svyatogorets contains his spiritual heritage, collected over many years of the sisters of the monastery founded by him near the village of Suroti in Greece. The Monk Paisiy himself wanted to release a book useful to everyone: to the laity, monks and clergymen, but did not have time, giving all his time and strength to prayer and communication with people who came to him.
After the elderly of the Monk Paisius, extensive material: his letters, records of teachings and conversations - was systematized and disassembled by topics for ease of use in everyday life, because, as the elder himself said: "The task is that you work, applied what you have heard in practice". Father Paisius, communicating with people, first of all tried to help a person know and fulfill the will of God. His living and figurative speech, sparkling humor and numerous everyday stories do not leave anyone indifferent, infect “good concern” about their salvation and explain how a modern person can observe the commandments of God. After the recent canonization of the elder, Paisius in the face of the Monk fathers, his words are perceived even deeper - like precious pearls, accurately expressing the sacred tradition of the Church.
