Biographical essays dedicated to the two bishops of the Yekaterinburg Metropolis are presented here: Archbishop Makariya (Zvezdov, 1884-1937) and Bishop Lev (Cherepanova, 1888-L937), as well as his father-Archpriest Vsevolod Mikhailovich Cherepanov (1861-1936) In the face of saints they are not glorified, but their feat is worthy of reverent memory.
The collection appendix for the first time publishes from their archive investigative cases, which are stored in the State Archive of the administrative bodies of the Sverdlovsk region and other archives, as well as documents related to their life from the archive of the Moscow Patriarchate and the Nizhny Tagil city historical archive.
