There is such a common expression in modern spiritual literature: life has ended - life has begun. Meanwhile, the border, as if inevitably arising from the clash of two similar words: life, life, does not always draw at all, not in all holy destinies. In the fate of Mother Ambrosia (Oborucheva, 1870-1944), it seems, it seems, to separate the path in the world from the path of monastic, the existence of free from wandering in exiles, since its fate has an exceptional internal integrity. Her monasticism was suffered by the whole previous life in the world, the experience of suffering and compassion, gained at large, helped to survive in conclusion. Mother Ambrose, Alexander Dmitrievna Zurucheva, the nun and doctor, wrote the story of her “many years of life”, for herself, of course, only life, and, perhaps, that is why it is so great that we have a real life. The book was compiled according to her diaries, which she led all her life and selected, put in order, complemented at the request of her relatives shortly before death
