The real release of the text of the Local Council of the Russian Orthodox Church (1551) of the so -called. Stoglava introduces the reader to the document who guided our fathers for more than a century. This church cathedral, convened by the young sovereign Ivan IV, resolved many difficulties that existed during his entry into the kingdom. The church, liturgical, managerial and civilian life was fundamentally ordered. During the publication of the book, the editorial office was guided by the earliest (London) publication of Stoglava, giving the main discrepancies with the Kazan edition of 1911
