Archimandrite Serafim (Tyapochkin, 1894-1982) - an old man and a prayer book, a shepherd who had nursed bishops and priests, monks and worldly people of various ages and titles. The confessor, a passing camp and a link, he comforted the mourners, healed the suffering, instructed the path of salvation, taught prayer and repentance. He served the elder in the village of Rakitny, Belgorod region. The book contains fragments of his biography, instructions, advice, memories of him.
