The path to salvation. The experience of the wisdom of Russian elders and spiritual mentors

Russian seniority is one of the vivid manifestations of the Russian religious tradition, a special fertile talent, a special kind of holiness. For many centuries of the existence of Christianity, the elders carried their pastoral feat of the ministry of the Church and people. Orthodox believers always highly appreciated their spiritual experience, recognized the electors of God, helmsman, helping to find the way to salvation, searched for meetings with them, passing the teachings and tips from the mouth. Reading the letters of the elders, addressed to specific spiritual children, with answers to specific questions, sometimes gets the impression of what exactly the old man writes to you, it is to you that the questions that excite you at this moment.
