The book of Archimandrite Trinity-Sergius Lavra Naum (Bayborodin, 1927-2017) contains wise senile tips on spiritual life, about how to go through the path of repentance. Repentance is not only a confession before the priest, this is a change in life, a completely spiritual mood.
