In the nineteenth volume of the scientific-academic publication of documents of the Holy Council of the Orthodox Church of 1917-4918. The results of the work of the cathedral department on monasteries and monasticism are presented. The book included documents on the creation of the department, the protocols of his meetings, the materials attached to them (including letters from the places), the draft Regulation on monasteries and monks and other final documents of the department, and reports on its activities.
