The book of Professor Oxford University Alistair McGrate is a wonderful example of modern Christian apologetics. This is a brilliant, reasoned response to the leading ideologist of the new atheists to Richard Dokinzu. The author gives an overview of the basic ideas of Dokinza and objects to his opponent from the standpoint of a Christian scientist. Being not only a theologian, but also a molecular biologist, McGratus convincingly shows that science and religion are not in opposition to each other, and a scientific view of the world does not necessarily lead to atheism, as Dokins tries to convince its followers
