The stars in the church sky - the Yekaterinburg saints in the service dedicated to them are poeticly named. Most of them are new martyrs who suffered in the 20th century. These ascetics committed their feat in difficult conditions, it was much more difficult for them than the martyrs of the first centuries of Christianity. In the days of the new martyrs, Vera was impoverished and grace belittled, but they remained faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ in grave trials, showing that the main thing for them in life is God.
The second part of the collection “The Preferenne Constellation” is timed to the celebration of the 135th anniversary of the Yekaterinburg diocese, which will be performed on February 2020. Many memories and documents are published for the first time, rare printed publications are quoted. The book is richly illustrated by ancient and modern photographs and will be interesting for the widest circle of readers
