This publication is the first experience of information in a single corps of unique folklore versions of the Holy Scriptures that existed among representatives of the Bulgarian diaspora in Bessarabia and Tavria during the period of aggressive Soviet atheism. The basis of the corps of the published texts was the field materials of the author, first introduced into scientific circulation. The texts are also given that are published in the Bulgarian scientific press and the popular religious periodicals of the late XIX - early XX centuries, as well as archival records stored in the collection of manuscripts of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The study also affects the iconographic tradition and its "reading of the non -leggeds", thereby considering the "visual grammar" as a component of ethno -German bible
