The book presents a text version of the audio diode of the same name, complemented by the author’s comments. The reader will get acquainted with the foundations of the patristic doctrine of prayer, starting from the very basics of prayer and up to the highest degrees of smart-hearted work. The study is based on the fundamental provisions of Orthodox anthropology and asceticism, rooted in the traditions of hensiham.
