The book is a thematic modification of the author’s previous works and is devoted to the analysis of the concept of "state instinct" and its role in the management of the country.
God helps to the state that leads the peoples inhabiting him to salvation (in eternal life) And the experience and historical practice of the existence of human civilization show that such states were the Orthodox empires of Byzantium and Russia, which leads to the peoples inhabiting these empires - not according to the Constitution, but according to the gospel.
