This book represents Shartist philosophy, a system of symbolism and yogic practices used in some lines of advite wedants.
We are used to associating Shactism- especially Kuns-Dalini-Shakti, Chakras and Nadia- with tantra, natha, Hatha yoga, etc. relatively late areas of Hinduism, but, as the author of this book convincingly shows, and Shactism in Generally, the concept of Kundalini-Shakti, and even the yogic practices of its awakening are already represented in the Vedas and their philosophical applications- the Upaniyas and Araniyaks. In particular, the Shartism of Advayta-Vedanta is by no means limited to Soundari-Lahari Shankara.
This book claims to be described by this ancient Vedic system, including various yogic techniques - asanas, gangs, wise, pranayama and, finally, meditation.
In confirmation of his words, the author quotes numerous sources, primarily the Upanishads and the compositions of Shankaracharya
