The publication implemented the most complete scientific publication of sources on the history of the southeastern Russian church cathedral, which was held in 1919 in Stavropol in the territory occupied by white troops. The collection includes: documents of the preparatory period, plenary meetings, departments and commissions and materials for them, other sources necessary for a comprehensive study of the history of the Stavropol Cathedral - documents that reflected the process of implementing its decisions, periodical materials, analytical reviews of the propaganda department of a special meeting under the commander in chief Armed forces in the south of Russia, etc.
The publication is equipped with an introductory article. The scientific and reference apparatus includes comments on the content of documents, brief biographical certificates about the members of the cathedral, a nominal index.
