I have been haunted by various chronic diseases for many years: bronchitis, gastritis, pyelonephritis, tachycardia, vegetovascular dystonia, etc. My teeth were rapidly destroyed and my eyesight deteriorated. As a child, I was very weak, did not attend physical education lessons, it was difficult to even sit, and the teachers allowed me to put my head on the desk. Most of the time was lying at home and did the lessons also lying down.
All these years I have been looking for answers to my questions: what is illness, how to become healthy, vigorous, energetic? And after about 35 years, gradually, answers began to come one by one. I have been able to recover from all diseases without medicines and doctors, only thanks to my own efforts, and for eight years I have forgotten the way to the clinic, because the body and consciousness have completely rebuilt and work in a different mode.
