Seven points of training of the mind are a commentary on the modern Buddhist scientist and master of meditation of Shangpa Rinpoche to the medieval text compiled by the Indian master Atisha Sri Dznyana (980-1054) Shangpa Rinpoche gave these teachings in Singapore in June-July 2000, and then again in 2006 and 2007.
Brief and schematic initial instructions are devoted to the development of love and sympathy for all creatures, as well as understanding the voidness and unreality of all phenomena - these are the most important aspects of the Buddha teachings.
The text gives detailed guidelines for the development of an enlightened mood, they allow us to improve the mind and gain joy and peace, which are possible only as a result of dissolution of attachments.
In conclusion, a record of the answers of Shangpa Rinpoche to the questions of students is given
