The proposed publication contains the liturgical sermons of the chairman of the department of external church relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, a permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Ilarion of Volokolamsk (Alfeeva), uttered at different times in Russia and abroad. With all the many obedience, assigned to him by the Holy Principle, Vladyka Hilarion considers the preaching of the word of God one of the most important tasks of his archpastoral ministry. The sermons of the Lord are posted in each volume of books in accordance with the dates of the church calendar
