This book is devoted to the discussion of various aspects of meditation of attentiveness and is a continuation of the two monographs of Analio Bhikkkhu previously published in Russia - "direct path to implementation. Fundamentals of attentiveness" and "prospects of Satipatthana". In these books, the author conducted a deep analysis and comparison of numerous canonical texts dedicated to Satipatthans. Now, in this treatise, Analio Bhikkkhu was able to combine the results of his studies into a single and whole picture of the spiritual path leading to the implementation of the Nibbana. It sets out a detailed and flexible approach to the practice of Satipatthana, which can be successfully used both in formal meditation and in everyday life
