The book indicates which saint in what cases to pray to get rid of troubles, sorrows, misfortunes, from various diseases and from navigations of enemies. The dates are indicated: the year of death and gaining the relics of the saint and the date, when the Orthodox Christian Church celebrates the day of memory of this saint.
The second part of the book contains prayers to our Lord Jesus Christ, the Mother of God, Archangels, Angels, Prophets, Apostles, Saints, Martyrs, Rev., Office and other holy saints of God, Smodataev for us before God, common troparia, konda , the grandeur, prayers in honor of the icons of the Mother of God and the saints of God, prayers for different occasions, a brief Church Slavonic dictionary and an alphabetical index of the icons of the Mother of God and the holy saints of God, the Smodataev before the Lord.
The book includes prayers only from the spiritual censorship approved by the Holy Synod, spiritual censorship and permitted by the spiritual and certificate committee of the akathists, mines, prayers, published mainly in the 19th century
