Simeon to the Holy Scriptures and the Orthodox worship, to the studio monastic tradition, to the hagiographic, theological, ascetic and mystical literature, reveals the main topics of his God -inspires: tears and repentance, divine light, ecstasy, impassivity, deeds. Separately considered the personality and teachings of Prep. Simeon Studit, spiritual father of St. Simeon of the new theologian.
