In the proposed version, this prayer book was first released in 1995 under the leadership of the famous Pskov priest Archpriest Valentin Mordasov. In terms of compilation, he was very different from the prayer prayeries existing at that time, as he contained large sections of prayers for their neighbors and for any need. Most of these prayers were collected by Father Valentine from patristic and ascetic works and was constantly used in spiritual practice. Despite his unusualness, the prayer book almost immediately received the approval of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy II and gained wide popularity among believers. Subsequently, many prayer prayers appeared in a similar content, but so far it is this one of the most beloved by the Orthodox people of prayer collections.
