The new release of the series “Orthodox worship” is dedicated to prayer texts addressed to the host of revered saints of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. Lavra, the birthplace of Russian monasticism, for centuries was the center and focus of monastic feat. In her caves, near and distant, there are relics of dozens of saints. In our general prayer appeal to them is the guarantee of the spiritual unity of the Russian and Ukrainian peoples. The collection includes prayers to the laurels of the laurels of God to the laurels of God (“Prayer worship ...”), the canon of the Kiev-Pechersky saints from the Minear Service for the day of their memory and used in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Akathist Kiev-Pechersky Monk. In the appendix to prayer texts there are brief essays about the history of the laurel and several saints associated with it. It is published with the blessing of the Grace of Paul, Metropolitan of Vyshgorod and Chernobyl, the governor of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.
