You wear the name of the Orthodox Christian. A Christian is a disciple and follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord God, invisible, but almighty endlessly loves you. He created the whole world around us and gave life to you and all people on earth. You can turn to the Lord with a request or with gratitude. Such an appeal is called prayer. You can pray aloud and to himself -God always hears us. They certainly pray every day: in the morning, in the evening, before bedtime, before breakfast, lunch and dinner, and after them, in front of any important matter and at the end of it. Remember, dear friend, we live in the face of the Lord God and must thank Him for everything that He does for us
