This book was compiled on the basis of diary entries of the Holy Righteous Father John of Kronstadt for 1860 - 1865. It is ausatically a continuation of the book of the priest, published by the Father"s House publishing house in 2005, the priestly dignity, specific advice to shepherds regarding their external and internal behavior, relationships with parishioners, instructions to priests in liturgical practice are presented here. The book is primarily addressed to clergymen, and will also be spiritually useful and interesting for all Orthodox Christians
