Philosophical conversations with academician I.T. Frolov

In 1986-1989 On central television, there was a unique project of the monthly programs of the cycle Philosophical conversations. Their organizer and presenter was the outstanding Russian philosopher Academician Ivan Timofeevich Frolov (1929–1999) Famous Russian and foreign philosophers, as well as scientists, writers, artists, clergy, took part in television conversations. The focus of attention was questions of the meaning of human life, human and nature relations, global problems of civilization. The television project became an event of the country"s intellectual life, caused a wide resonance in society and first introduced philosophy into public space.
The book contains the preserved transcript of Philosophical conversations, as well as documentary materials, responses and reviews.
