Metropolitan of Kyiv and Galitsky Vladimir (Epiphany, 1848–1918) - the only hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church, consistently occupied all three Metropolitan departments in the Russian Empire - Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kyiv. He completed his life feat in 1918, becoming one of the first new martyrs of the Russian Orthodox Church in the bishop and one of the first heavenly prayers for Russia during the years of severe persecution.
