The problems presented in this collection of articles are related to the concept of intertextuality in the Bible. The first part of the collection contains theoretical articles, which include topics and interpretation of the Old Testament quotes and allusions in the New Testament. The second includes studies on the interpretation of a specific biblical quote or allusia, and the third includes articles that discuss issues related to the practical tasks of translating biblical quotes and allusions in new contexts. In Russian -speaking biblicalism, the topic of intertextuality in the Bible is infrequently affected, so the compilers of the collection decided to include in it, including the translation of the articles of leading foreign specialists on this topic. The authors and compilers of the collection hope that it will be useful for both the Bible translators and the researchers of ancient texts, as well as for those who seek to learn more about this interesting direction of biblicalism and the work associated with the translation of the Holy Scripture
