The book contains the memoirs of inhabitants, employees and parishioners of the Moscow Sretensky Monastery about the revival of the monastery, which began in the mid-1990s, and about his governor, father Tikhona (Shevkunov), now Metropolitan Pskov and Porkhovsky. Witnesses of those events tell how it began and took place from year to year the restoration of the glorious Moscow monastery. In different ways, they came to faith, differently the Lord brought them to the Sretensky monastery, under the cover of the Most Holy Virgin. In all cases, it did not do without a miracle - a miracle of meeting with Christ, gaining living faith, fundamentally changing the idea of a person about the meaning of life.
